Hey BESTIE!
i am so glad you found your way here.
my name is Lynneah and i have been writing at Twins and Coffee since 2017. what started as a space to survive motherhood eventually became something much more honest. a place to talk about mental health, the hard seasons, the moments you do not want to admit to anyone, and what it actually looks like to come back from them.
i am a mom to 8-year-old twins. i am also bipolar. and for a long time i did not want to talk about either of those things together.
this is where i finally started. and i am glad you are here too.
looking for more? i do most of my content and community building over at lynneahmarie.com now. that is where you will find everything about the Girl Get Up brand, the Ground Zero Kit, and the real messy day-to-day stuff. find me there and on socials @lynneahmarie.

Where to Start
I’ve written three core posts that will help you begin your reset:
How to Rebuild Yourself from Rock Bottom
My rawest story. The blueprint I wish I had when I was starting over.
How to Do a Life Reset and Start Fresh
Your step-by-step guide to hitting reset and making it stick.
The Truth About a Mental Glow Up
Why glow up culture is bullshit and what a real inside-out glow up actually looks like.
Join the Girl, Get Up Challenge
This is for the girl who doesn’t know where to start.
This challenge isn’t about fixing your life overnight. It is about doing one thing each day to move forward. This challenge is the most attainable and realistic way to build the habit of showing up for yourself.
You don’t need a full plan. You don’t need to be in a good place. You just need to start where you are.
When you’re ready, get, get up.
The Ground Zero Kit
If you’re ready to put pen to paper, I also built the Ground Zero Kit.
It’s the $7 toolbox of the exact worksheets I used to crawl out of rock bottom. Simple, real, and life-changing.
If you’re sitting in your own version of rock bottom right now, here’s the one thing I want you to hear:
It’s time to love yourself from the ground up.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.
And if you want someone cheering you on every week?
Join my Have Coffee With Me emails.
It’s where I share the messy middle of my life. The wins, the setbacks, and the honest truth. All so you never feel like you’re doing this alone.
Love, your new bestie,
Lynneah Marie
