Best Educational Youtube Channels for Toddlers
Yesterday I shared with you guys my favorite educational tv shows for toddlers. We all know that the idea of screen time limits has changed as of late with the rapid virus spread, and essentially being quarantined at home, so during this time I am focusing on sharing tools for both passing the time and making it fun for everyone.
So far that has included some backyard activities for toddlers, a round up of toddler activities as well as some self care ideas for home.
To follow along the educational train, I wanted to include some great Youtube channels for toddlers. I know we might all have different opinions when it comes to our littles on Youtube, but I’d like for you to remember this is a judgement free zone and I put this list together for mamas looking for these educational channels.
Please move along if you disagree with Youtube for children.
With that said, I hope this list helps you find some great channels for your toddlers and preschoolers that you can feel great about!
Best Educational Youtube Channels for Toddlers and Preschoolers:
- Little Baby Bum
- Superkids TV
- KidsTV
- Blippi
- Super Simple
- Rachel and the Treeschoolers
- Mighty Machines
- Geckos Garage
- Mother Goose Club
- PBS Kids
- Oh My Genius
As far as these channels go, my top three are Little Baby Bum, Blippi and Super Simple. Little Baby Bum and Super Simple have taught my toddlers their shapes, colors as well as animals and their sounds. Then I know Blippi is one of those either you love him or hate him shows, but I think he is great for teaching toddlers and preschoolers practical, real life things. My toddlers have learned what various vehicles, plants, and more are thanks to Blippi.
On one last note, if you’re nervous about Youtube for your littles, here is a great resource for how to keep them safe on the expansive video site.
