I don’t know about you, but since I purchased my air fryer I have used it almost every single day. I seriously love making food in the air fryer and I promise you, it is for so much more than heating up frozen fries and chicken nuggets.

Do you love the taste of crispy french fries, but hate the guilt that comes with eating them? What about the mess? If so, then it is time to invest in an air fryer! Air frying food means that you can enjoy your favorite fried foods without feeling bad about it or having to deal with the clean-up of traditional frying.

Tips for Using an Air Fryer to Cook Food

• preheat the air fryer to the desired temperature before adding food
• make sure that meat is cut into small, uniformed pieces for even cooking time
• always use oil or nonstick spray in addition to any spices you want on your food (this will help crisp up the outside)
• try not to use aerosol sprays directly on the air fryer basket (can ruin the finish over time)
• shake the foods while they’re cooking/turn them if cooking something like chicken parm
