To me, fall is the BEST time of year for all things cozy. It’s not too cold outside (here in the PNW anyway) which makes for the best weather to cozy up under a blanket without needing five of them!

Fall is also my favorite time of year when it comes to cooking. This time last year was the first time I dove into cozy instant pot recipes and I have yet to turn away from that.

I used to be TERRIFIED of the instant pot. I had one for almost an entire year before actually putting it to the test.

Which, btw, was quite comical. I made an entire scene cooking my first instant pot lazy lasagna. It turned out delicious though!

Now that I’ve spent some time with my instant pot and cooked many meals in it, I can assure you that if you are as scared as I was, you should take the leap and dive into some cozy instant pot recipes.

Instant Pot Recommendation

I’ve had two Instant Pot’s now and I can promise you, this one is AMAZING!

I loooove all of the features it has. It is also pretty customizable!

But my favorite feature of all? It has a burn warning. I found that out the hard way, haha!

The machine knows when things are getting too warm and to prevent a major mishap, it shuts itself off and shouts out loud beeps. At first, I had no idea why the machine was making the noise, but I am glad it did!
