Mine is getting to make up my favorite fall recipes.
And let’s be honest, getting to snack on my favorite fall recipes is pretty great, too
I’ve been a lover of fall for as long as I can remember. The whether makes my Oregonian heart happy. I know most people can’t stand the gloomy dark and wet days, but they’re some of my favorite.
They make me want to binge watch a favorite tv show, like right now I’m bingeing Grey’s Anatomy, wear my comfiest sweaters, and get into the kitchen.
With that, I thought I’d take some time to share with you guys my top four favorite fall recipes.
First Fall Favorite Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Bread
This pumpkin recipe is a good one.
Here is what you need:
Pumpkin Loaf
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 Cup oil
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 Cups flour
- 1 TSP baking soda
- 2 TSP cinnamon
- 1/2 TSP nutmeg
- 1 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
Cream Cheese Filling
- 1 Package Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 1 Large egg
- 1/3 Cup sugar

Next Fall Recipe: Caramel Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake
The moist center of these pumpkin spice bars is to die for. You’ll have a hard time not eating the whole pan!
Here is what you’ll need:
Main
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- 1/3 cup caramel syrup
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
Crumb
- 1/2 stick softened butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Talk about the best way to start your fall morning! These pumpkin spice french toast sticks are amazing.
Here is what you’ll need:
- 15 slices bread
- 4 large Eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend

Then my ultimate fall favorite recipe: Pumpkin Spice blondie Bars
These are to die for. They are the perfect blend of gooey pumpkin spice bar, chocolate and brownie. Make them and I promise, they’ll be your favorite also!
Here is what you’ll need:
- 2 sticks room temp butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 TBS Vanilla Extract
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 3/4 bag chocolate chips
