If you want something more structured than “just talk therapy,” this one is worth a try. It’s based in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and includes:

- Option to choose video, messaging, or chat sessions
I like that it’s not just talking. You get actual tools to work through your sht in between sessions. If you like checklists and want to feel like you’re actually doing something, this is for you.
Headspace
Meditation and mindfulness don’t fix everything, but they helped me calm my nervous system when I was spiraling. Headspace is clean, simple, and honestly kind of soothing even if you’re a skeptic.
- Guided meditations for anxiety, stress, sleep, focus, etc.
- “Get out of bed” and “panic moment” sessions
- Visual breathing exercises (great for panic attacks)
- Sleepcasts and bedtime wind-down routines
