What Makes a Great Personal Development Book
In my opinion, a great personal development book is one that tells a true story of someone who worked through one of the hardest life battles of their life which is intertwined with tips for how others can do the same.
The best personal development books for women, in my opinion, leave a lasting impression and almost feel refreshing. It’s like while you are reading them you can feel this new chapter about opening up in your own life thanks to all of the things you learn about. They feel warm. They feel inviting. Encouraging. Uplifting.
They’re some of my favorite books! Over the last few years, my favorite of the personal development books for women that I have read has hands down been Untamed. I am not sure everyone would categorize it as a personal development book, but for me, it opened my eyes to what all I wanted to work on and helped me envision who I truly wanted to become.
It is a masterpiece if you have yet to read.
