Caramel Pumpkin Spice Coffee Crumb Cake
  1. Start by pre-heating your oven to 350 and greasing a 9×13 baking dish
  2. Add all wet ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine
  3. Add sugars to wet mixture and mix
  4. Sift the rest of the ingredients into the wet mixture and fold until combined
  5. Add all crumb ingredients to a small bowl and combine with fingers
  6. Pour pumpkin mixture into greased baking dish then swirl some caramel sauce over top
  7. Finally, spread the crumbs over the top of the mixture and stick in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until you can pull a clean knife out of the center
  8. Let sit for at least ten minutes before slicing and serving
