Cheap and Easy Crockpot Chicken Tacos Perfect for Taco Tuesday
Crockpot Chicken Tacos are ideal for a quick and easy Tuesday (or any weeknight) dinner for all ages. Not to mention they are cheap and will feed the whole family!

Instructions
  1. First, get that chicken going. Drop breasts in crockpot with water and oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning
  2. Set to cook for eight hours on low
  3. Check on chicken occasionally, add a bit more water if needed. Helps keep the chicken nice and juicy!
  4. After the eight hours, place chicken in a medium sized bowl and shred
  5. Chop up cilantro and half the lime
  6. Squeeze one lime half into chicken shreds
  7. In another bowl, combine the cilantro, coleslaw mix with lime juice from the other half of lime
  8. Shred cheese and slice up avocado
  9. Heat a skillet over medium high heat with coconut oil
  10. Cook tortillas one at a time, placing on a plate toped with a paper towel to soak up any extra oil
  11. Make up your tacos
  12. Feel free to add some sour cream or pico de gallo on top!
