In the Kitchen | Classic No Bakes – Santa’s Favorite!
My Classic No Bake recipe creates the perfect melt in your mouth chocolate peanut butter oat cookie! Perfect for the holidays, but most importantly, Santa’s favorite cookie!

  1. Heat a medium sauce pan at medium heat on the stove
  2. Add cubed butter, sugars, milk and cocoa power to the sauce pan
  3. Mix ingredients consistently as they begin to melt together
  4. Continue stirring mixture until it begins to boil (keep at medium heat!)
  5. Once boiling, cover sauce pan and let the mixture boil for a minute
  6. After the minute, remove sauce pan from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla
  7. Once smooth, add oats and mix until combined
  8. Next, let the mixture settle for five minutes
  9. After the five minutes, use two large spoons to scoop cookies onto parchment paper (about 2 tbs per cookie)
  10. Let the cookies set for about 30 minutes
  11. After the cookies are set, you can take off parchment paper and enjoy, or store in tupperware for later!
