Simple Banana Bread Muffins
My simple banana bread muffins are quick and easy to make. They also make for the perfect grab and go breakfast or snack ideal for baby led weaning (BLW)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease (or line) your muffin pan.
  2. In a medium bowl- mash together bananas, egg, vanilla and oil. Mixture should have chunks of banana.
  3. In a large bowl- combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugars, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
  5. Scoop the mixture into the greased muffin pan
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Muffins will be done when you can press on the top and it springs right back.
  7. Cool in pan for ten minutes, then transfer to plate for eating
