I am never as hungry as I am when nursing or pumping.
I need a great list of nursing or pumping snacks!
The second milk starts flowing, starvation kicks in. I could have just had dinner, and I’ll still feel as if I haven’t eaten all day!
Once the hunger kicks in, it can be hard to find something to eat. First, because you’re so hungry nothing sounds good. And second, your boobs are kind of tied up.
I know I’m not the only one. I see questions all the time from my Twin Mom Facebook groups about quick ideas for starving mommas.

- Chocolate covered raisins
- Anything chocolate covered… 😉
- Lactation cookies (there are TONS of recipes on Pinterest)
