Celebrating Winter as a Family
Winter is by far my favorite season for activities as a family. Last year we headed out multiple weekends in a row on the hunt for some snow and even made it out to the Christmas village that is Leavenworth, Washington. It was a truly magical season!
Some of my favorite winter activities for kids involve getting out of the house because for me, staying home can get quite boring. It’s dark and dreary outside which can make home feel the same sometimes so I like to get my kids out when it is safe to do so BUT I have included plenty of indoor and outdoor winter activities for kids inside of this post!
When it comes to winter activities for kids, I like to think I have a pretty packed list of good ideas for families with younger kids. Let’s dive into the best of the best winter activities for families!
